If you want to know how to protect your peace, you’ve come to the right place. It’s not always easy to maintain your peace and boundaries, but it can definitely be manageable. Do you have people in your life who don’t respect you, your boundaries or your views in life. Cut them off! That’s my advice, there is no need to keep people in your life who bring negativity to it in any capacity. Bad, energetic people thrive on making others feel uncomfortable, stressed out and even disrespected. If you’re wondering why that is, well, there are a multitude of reasons. They could be going through something, they could be insecure, they could even be narcissistic. But that doesn’t at all excuse this negative behavior.

See, just because you are going through something doesn’t give you the right to take those frustrations out on others or tear people down in the process. Sometimes this bad energy can come from family, friends, lovers, even co-workers or your boss. Maybe you cannot fully cut these people out of your life, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still have and maintain your peace of mind and boundaries. So if you cannot fully cut them off you can certainly tune them off and control how you react, respond and engage with them. So maybe you don’t want to cut them off, but you might instead choose when and how to engage with them. How do you do this you ask, you do it by saying “No” to things you don’t want to do. You don’t allow other people’s thoughts or opinions of you to give you angst. You listen to your intuition before and after you listen to others. Your intuition will tell you who is good or bad for you. Your inner wisdom is there to guide you and help you to protect yourself. Trust yourself and trust God. That is how you protect your peace my dear.
